This website is a powerful and easy to use online platform that facilitates the international rollout of the #360Diagnostics startup assessment methodology developed by the International Trade Centre’s Tech Sector Development team. This bilingual (English and French) platform is used to assess the maturity and the internationalisation readiness of tech start-ups.
The platform consists of a set of tools created to assess different areas of concern to tech start-up founders, such as growth obstacles, strategic direction, talent management, and internationalisation roadmap. A scoring engine automatically calculates the scores of the assessed startups and displays the data in an aggregated and visual manner, making clusters and ecosystem-wide analysis possible.
#FastTrackTech has already been deployed in 10 African countries (Uganda, Senegal, Gambia, Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia).
For quality control purposes, access to this platform is only possible within ITC’s Tech Sector Development project work. Access is granted to ITC experts and approved local coaches who have been selected jointly with ITC’s partner tech hubs and equipped with the methodological skills our Training of Trainers (ToT) model. The objective of this partnership is to:
- Enhance the professional expertise and capacity of tech hubs to support and advise tech start-ups
- Accelerate the empowerment of tech entrepreneurs and tech start-ups
